I think that Gar definitely suspected something. Especially during Bloodlines, when he works out where they are and that Miss Parker is there too, and he knows that she didn't call it in? Add that to Bank, when both Miss P and Jarod were there, and Miss P had no reason to be at that bank, and I think he had his suspicions.
