I didn't know that the first race as under-attended because Bourke and Wills snuffed it. How rude of them to interrupt!

I heart the Melbourne Cup. It's a very odd reason to have a day off school, but I'll totally take what I can ge :p

Happy Cup Day. I wish I was in Australia. In Sydney we didn't get a whole day off like the Melbournites but we did have half a day off and it was relaxed and fun :D
