I am reclining on my couch, thinking about going to sleep, ignoring my rather large to do list and instead admiring my icons. I recalled that darling Carrie did this meme earlier today, and thought perhaps others would like to admire my icons too (or at least criticise them).

In addition, because Carrie's icon post also included a query whether she should watch The Pretender (going for only nineteen US dollars per season on Amazon), I too am going to include a comment about The Pretender, to whit:

It rained today. When I left the house I worried that jeans were the wrong choice, that it would be too warm, but at archery we had one of those weird summer storms, the sudden, heavy downpour and a chill in the air. We love shooting in the rain, don't we? N said, the continuation of an old joke. I laughed and got soaked to the skin.
