Hah! Is there anyone I can particularly tempt you with? I have a stupidly large collection of Muppet images on here, because I am a very, very big Muppet fangirl. So, you know.

You should totally buy the extra icons. I love them so much. Although I feel that 100 is a bit excessive, and wish you could just buy fifty. But whatever. YAY ICONS.

OK you've convinced me (that was hard). Oh I took Cookie Monster and sacrified one of my existing icons ;)

My favourite are Ernie and Kermit. So if you have Ernie with his Rubber Duckie or Ernie 'I don't want to live on the moon' or with his 'Boogie Woogie Sheep' (OK, I'm starting to sound really lame here ;) I'd love them. Also, Muppets with a gamut of emotions like: "What the f*ck" etc would be great ;)

I infected my little sister - she loves the Crystal Gayle episode where they're all singing 'River Road' and I love John Denver singing 'Garden Song' even though my brother is scared of talking cauliflowers.

Big Fan. Huge Fan. I'm not a huge fan of Nouveau Muppets but the old Muppets and Sesame Street I just adore. "It is I .... Captain Vegetable ... with my carrot and my celery ...."

Payment system is offline. I'll have to buy my extra icons tomorrow. But I can start hording now .... Muahahahaha.

Since Disney bought the Muppets (finalising the deal after fourteen years), there has been a slow increase in the amount of Muppets memorabilia available to buy. I have my eye on this Snufflupagus shirt in Myer, because Snuffy!

I just wish they'd bring out more old school Muppet stuff. Like Animal and Rowlf (I would ADORE something with Rowlf on it). And I'm not a huge fan of new Muppets, but I do like Pepe the King Prawn, and I really enjoyed Treasure Island, so.

Have you seen Muppet Wizard of Oz yet?

Alas, I don't remember much of Fraggle rock, it's never been replayed over here the way sesame street was. Even the old Muppets show got a Video release, but I've never seen fraggle rock about. And being so young I don't remember it very well :'(

I was here at your journal via galacticanews to read your rant and I decided to poke around some (because I am nosy). :-) What a fabulous surprise to find these wonderful Muppet bases! I have actually been meaning to look around for some Kermit icons for quite some time... because Kermie is love. These bases are so great and are bringing back some very fond childhood memories - thank you for sharing them! :-)

As for your rant, I was going to post that you should just rec whatever the hell you want to, but it seemed irrelevant to do so since so many people had said the same thing. Plus, you really don't know me at all so I figured my opinion wouldn't carry that much weight. :-)
