I feel sure I once knew what Vegemite was, but now all I retain is that it is something I can put behind "Bantha" which is all that really matters in the long run.

Oh! I also read a book about the Australian outback once. And I know to call Ayers Rock Uluru. AND I KNOW ABOUT SHEEP TOSSING. Geez, why don't you guys just make me an honorary citizen already? Good lord, yes. It's vegemite. I've EATEN the stuff courtesy of a sister who did a Rotary Exchange year in NZ and a month's tour of Australia.

You know, it's not all that bad, though if I have to gush over imported spreads, I save my breath to sing the praises of Nutella.

But are pills considered a source? It's a semantic thing, but I'd say there is a difference between something that natural contains a particular element, and that element having been extracted or synthesized.

Certainly not. That's just damn wrong. But the existence of Vitamin B in vegemite is not so very different than Nutrigrain containing every bloody thing under the sun.
