Until the child clones and that time Nikita was stuck in some weird rubber tube because she was sick or diseased? And Michael crawled through the tube and started macking on her but it was really odd because they were both in a tube? But it was supposed to be sexy because of the folky French music in the background? Yeah, that was weird.

I feel the exact same way. The only story lines that "worked" in Alias were the ones that were stolen. Everything JJ thought up himself bombed, derailed, or were mercifully dropped. Makes me happy. And sad, because I did like it at one time.
