I just wanted to say, stories for tab_a_slot_b are due 22/06, which is eleven days away. I've just started writing my story now, which I guess is pretty soon but at the same time, I can write Lex/Chloe in my sleep, so.

Anyway, the point is, I noticed that there are still a lot of prompts that nobody picked. So if you're feeling that way inclined (where 'that way' is Smallville het), you should definitely mosey on over and pick a prompt.



Speaking of ficathons where one picks a prompt, I want to run a BSG crossover ficathon. Not because I especially want to run one, but because I am (as always) obsessed with BSG crossovers. Specifically I love the ones where characters from some other show or media are inserted directly into the BSG universe, as if they had always been there. Recently I made a post of my top ten BSG crossovers here. So I have been thinking of a ficathon! I would ask people to submit crossover ideas/universes/pairings, and then after a set amount of time, I would compile a list and it would be first in, best dressed sort of thing, claiming. one could suggest ideas and not write, and one could not suggest but still claim ideas to write.

alternate answer: I would be interested in reading them had I actually watched BSG. As it is, seeing as I haven't seen any BSG, I am interested but won't be reading for fear of spoilers etc.

We've actually finished watching SGA for now, but once Liz and Alex get back from their holiday we're going to start watching The Pretender on non-Highlander weeks. I'm pretty sure that'll meet with your approval. :3

One of the better BSG fics I've read was a hilarious (but unfinished) BSG/Firefly crossover. I love this idea.
